This unique event takes your team from good to great by focusing them on some real time business skills through a series of interactive mixologist competitions.

The Event:

This event is like mixing energy drinks with vodka. Fun that keeps going, sweet tasting, and doesn’t make your breath smell bad.

We have taken time in building an event that really takes care of the details. From learning outcomes around “team function” to highly engaging “retro gaming” to ways to mix up the silos in your team – from start to finish this event serves up results.

Teams will be welcomed to the event with a tasty mocktail that will set the stage for this reality TV themed show audition sponsored by your company! Our first mixer will put your team in a blender and result in some unique and tasty new connections. From there the neon light illuminate and the bar games are open. We will talk and explore experientially the need for teams to “raise the bar”, “count the quarters”, and drive the “cement truck” to greater team success. When you finally get the tab, you’ll realize that quality learning and fun are the only charge of the day.

Unlike a big night out, this is an event your team will not soon forget. In fact, you will have raised the meeting bar so high, they will be eager to shinny up for your next teambonding happy hour.

This is typically a recreational debrief, a “wasn’t it fun when” or “did you see ____ do this.” Formal debriefing is not on the menu, but that being said this event will have lots of water cooler value once it is completed.

MInimum/Maximum Group Size:

This event really rocks with groups of 40 to 120. For larger groups contact our agents and we will work out the details to mix up a great event with a lemon twist just for you!

Upgradeable Options:

Up the anti and learn the skills of a Flair Bartender. You and your team will be just like Tom Cruise in the movie Cocktail, flipping, pouring and stirring like the pros in friendly competition. For a nominal fee everyone can go home with their own flair bartender bottle to continue practicing.
